PGPA Act

Introducing the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act

The PGPA Act and Rules will commence on 1 July 2014. AGS is presenting a series of training events designed to give staff of CAC Act and FMA Act agencies some practical, easy-to-digest help in transitioning from the existing Act to the new system – with a deeper focus on the elements of the new system relevant to the entry of contracts and other agreements and the spending of money.

See this flyer for the introductory sessions for officials of non-corporate Commonwealth entities (generally existing FMA Act agencies).
