Marcella is a Senior Executive Lawyer in AGS’s Dispute Resolution practice with extensive experience in complex litigation, dispute resolution and Royal Commissions. She advises Commonwealth clients across a broad range of matters, including common law and negligence claims, and class actions.

Marcella has significant expertise in trial preparation, evidentiary issues and dispute strategy. She regularly advises clients on the merits of proceedings, risk management, settlement strategies and dispute resolution options. She has also played a leading role in major public inquiries and investigations, including serving as a Team Leader in the Office of the Solicitor Assisting the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.

Marcella is recognised for her strategic judgment, practical advice and ability to manage complex and sensitive matters.
