Senior Executive Lawyer

Larissa joined the Commercial practice at AGS in 2021 after over a decade in private practice with a top tier Sydney law firm and a ‘magic circle’ British multinational law firm. She became a Senior Executive Lawyer in March 2024.

Larissa is a highly experienced commercial and major projects specialist, advising Commonwealth, State governments, and private entities on complex development, construction, and capability acquisition projects. She has deep expertise in infrastructure, energy, ICT, and defence, including public-private partnerships, EPC contracting, and major procurements.

Larissa has provided strategic legal advice on significant projects such as the Marinus Link Project, the establishment of the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation, the implementation of the Identity Verification Services, the Commonwealth’s budget support loan program for PNG, Border Force’s border operations capital works and a range of other capital works projects including at Parliament House, Old Parliament House, the High Court and the Federal Court. She also advises on procurement, contracting, and governance matters across various government agencies.
