Jenny has extensive experience in Commonwealth workers’ compensation litigation and acts for clients in employment disputes.
She has acted for clients in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Court over many years and also runs workers’ compensation matters for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) and Comcare, at various locations around Australia.
She has also appeared in the Fair Work Commission in matters involving bullying claims, unfair dismissal, bargaining disputes and right of entry disputes. Jenny also advises on the Australian Public Service Code of Conduct issues, Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (Cth), including a series of complex claims for compensation and damages that arose from allegations of misfeasance.
