Senior Executive Lawyer
Eamon Holley joined the AGS Commercial practice in February 2024 as an acting Senior Executive Lawyer after working internationally for 20 years, including at an international law firm.
Eamon focuses on technology law, ICT related procurement, data protection, telecommunications and cloud computing. Examples of Eamon’s work at AGS include advising on commercial negotiations with major telecommunications providers for a new National Messaging System, advising Commonwealth agencies on digital transformation projects such as transitions of document management systems to the cloud, and drafting and negotiation of secure data management system contracts with managed cloud service providers.
