Kostenko, Alexa

Alexa is a Senior Executive Lawyer in the Commercial practice at AGS. She joined AGS in 2025 after a decade in private practice at a top-tier global law firm.

Alexa has extensive experience in major projects across the energy, infrastructure, transport, health, and industrial and commercial development sectors. She has advised Commonwealth and State agencies and Australian and international developers, investors, financiers, landowners and tenants. Her works spans project delivery agreements, joint ventures, corporate and trust structuring, governance arrangements, property developments, and acquisitions and disposals of projects, portfolios and assets.

Alexa acts for Commonwealth agencies on complex and novel transactions, including high-value subsidies and grants, funding and procurement of construction projects in Australia and the Pacific islands, and acquisition of critical infrastructure assets.
