Tyson joined AGS as a Senior Executive Lawyer in 2025 from private practice at a global firm and a national top tier firm.

Tyson is a highly experienced projects lawyer with extensive experience in light rail, airport and construction projects, with a particular focus on inter-jurisdictional projects. 

Tyson has extensively advised a range of government clients on complex and high value procurements spanning light and heavy rail, logistics, satellite services, specialised and remote services, land development, construction, and commercialisation projects. Tyson has also advised Commonwealth government on merits review in the context of technical administrative law matters and novel commercialisation projects.

Tyson is a published author in the field of space law and has presented at a number of symposiums on space law topics.

Prior to legal practice, Tyson was involved in the roll out of several national policy initiatives by the Commonwealth, bringing to legal practice a deep knowledge of the challenges faced by the Commonwealth.
