McLaren, Kate

Kate is a senior member of the Security, Resources & Environment team in AGS’s Office of General Counsel. She provides advice on complex constitutional and statutory interpretation issues across a broad range of areas across the Commonwealth, including in relation to the environment, water, resources and automated decision-making. Kate also advises on administrative law risk management, and significant legislative reform projects. Before joining the Office of General Counsel Kate practiced in AGS’s Dispute Resolution practice group, where she acted in High Court and Federal Court administrative law proceedings under a range of legislation.
