Oakeshott, Claudia

Claudia is a Senior Executive Lawyer in AGS’s Civil Regulation team with extensive experience in regulatory enforcement, commercial disputes and complex litigation. She advises and acts for Commonwealth agencies in significant regulatory, commercial and public law matters.

Claudia has acted for Commonwealth clients in major commercial disputes and has extensive experience assisting regulators in high-profile civil penalty and enforcement proceedings. She has also worked on matters of national significance, including international litigation involving Commonwealth legislation.

Before joining AGS, Claudia practised in private sector civil litigation and later worked as a legal adviser for a non-profit organisation in Washington, DC. She brings a broad perspective, strong litigation expertise and a practical approach to resolving complex disputes.
