Erin is an experienced litigation lawyer with 20 years’ experience in commercial and criminal matters, and in dispute resolution and settlement negotiations gained in both private and government practice.
Erin works on significant litigation on behalf of the Department of Finance (Comcover) and the Department of Home Affairs in claims relating to breach of statutory duty and negligence, including immigration personal injury claims.
She has acted and appeared for various health profession National Boards supported by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in disciplinary referrals for professional misconduct in the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT) and other jurisdictions.
