Jane is a trusted legal adviser to government, specialising in procurement, technology, ICT, media and IP, governance and compliance.

Jane works closely with government on a wide range of complex, strategic and high-risk legal matters. She is valued for her solutions focused, commercial and practical approach to managing legal risk.

Jane drafts major Commonwealth contracts, advises on tender processes and leads contract negotiations across a range of industry engagements including technology, ICT, media, infrastructure and professional services.

Jane has held senior executive roles in government since 2013 and practised as a commercial lawyer for the Commonwealth since 2006. She was Head of Legal Services at Screen Australia for 4 years. Jane was seconded to the ABC as Company Secretary in 2022.
