Alison is a Senior Executive Lawyer in AGS’s Civil Claims team with extensive experience in complex litigation, class actions and public law matters. She advises and acts for Commonwealth agencies in large-scale and high-profile disputes, with particular expertise in managing complex litigation involving multiple parties, agencies and stakeholders.

Alison has significant experience in class actions, novel tort claims, Commonwealth liability claims, investigations and inquiries. She is highly regarded for her expertise in electronic discovery, evidence management and the use of technology to support complex litigation and trial preparation.

She also has extensive experience advising on public interest immunity, evidence preparation and litigation strategy in matters involving sensitive and complex legal issues. Alison is recognised for her strategic judgment, strong leadership and commitment to achieving practical outcomes for government clients in challenging and high-profile matters.
