Vuong, Will

Will is a Senior Executive Lawyer in AGS’s Tax practice with extensive experience in taxation, insolvency, debt recovery and administrative law. He advises and acts for the Commonwealth on complex taxation disputes and significant matters involving statutory interpretation and tax administration.

He has also held senior legal and technical leadership roles within the Australian Taxation Office, where he contributed to significant litigation and legislative reform initiatives.

Will is recognised for his technical expertise, strategic judgment and ability to provide practical advice on complex and precedent-setting issues.
