Senior Executive Lawyer
Jacqueline (Jacqui) is a senior civil regulation practitioner. Jacqui joined AGS as a Senior Lawyer in 2020 after a career in private practice at a leading international law firm. She was appointed to the role of Senior Executive Lawyer in February 2025.
Jacqui has significant experience in regulatory litigation, advice and investigation matters. She regularly acts for regulators in Federal Court enforcement proceedings. Such regulators include the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, Australian Securities and Investments Commission and Therapeutic Goods Administration. Her experience includes acting in complex contested litigation matters, including cartel proceedings and other civil regulatory matters. Jacqui also has a strong background in commercial law and insolvency.
In addition to her practising role, Jacqui is the Assistant Team Leader for the Dispute Resolution Civil Regulation team.
