AGS Wellbeing Manager
Danielle is the AGS Wellbeing Manager. Her role is an important part of our ongoing work to better support the wellbeing of our staff.
Utilising her significant experience as a registered psychologist working with lawyers, Danielle works closely with our managers to develop and implement psychological and wellbeing supports to help us deal with the intense and challenging nature of our legal practice.
Prior to joining AGS, Danielle worked in the private sector in Australia and across Asia (Hong Kong and Singapore) delivering evidenced based interventions in private practice and as a consultant to organisations, including magic circle and top tier law firms helping to create mentally healthy workplaces through strategic advice, training and development and clinical support. Her expertise as a workplace psychologist involves supporting individuals and organisations to improve mental health, wellbeing and performance.
Danielle has a Master of Science (Coaching Psychology) with University of Sydney and Master of Social Research and Policy with Macquarie University. She has invested time and expertise in taking a scientific approach to creating mentally healthy workplaces through implementing evidence-based policies and programs designed to address psychosocial hazards, build connections, engagement and psychologically safe places to work. Danielle is committed to supporting the outstanding work delivered by individuals, teams and the whole business at AGS by ensuring employees have access to best practice wellbeing policies and initiatives, rigorous and ongoing training, proactive wellbeing measures and direct access to psychological support.
