Deputy General Counsel Commercial
Kenneth has over 25 years’ experience working with Commonwealth agencies on major commercial matters.
He has worked on major procurement projects and grant programs across a range of sectors for clients such as the National Disability Insurance Agency, Health, and Home Affairs. He has also provided commercial advice to support the development and implementation of major government programs. Kenneth works closely with Commonwealth clients and with other advisers to provide integrated and targeted solutions, with a strong focus on integrity and accountability. He works collaboratively with the project team to achieve the best results. He brings a broad background from his work with a wide range of Commonwealth agencies.
Kenneth plays a leading role with the Department of Finance on whole-of-government templates for grants and procurements and with a number of other agencies to develop model clauses to implement procurement and grant-connected policies.
