Genevieve is a leading government law specialist with over 26 years of experience, advising on questions of statutory interpretation, administrative law, public law and constitutional law. She also advises agencies on proposed legislative amendments, and regularly assists clients with complex constitutional issues, drawing on her particular expertise in migration law.

She specialises in migration and citizenship law, regularly providing advice on issues arising under the Migration Act 1958 and the Australian Citizenship Act 2007. With a specialist background in international law, Genevieve is able to give targeted advice on matters pertaining to international conventions and international law generally.

Genevieve is a respected presenter at AGS Migration and Administrative Law Forums and author of Express law publications. Her PhD thesis was on constitutional issues concerning Australian citizenship.
