Huynh, Thy

Thy is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer with over 25 years of litigation experience. When she practiced, Thy mainly worked on large cohorts of common law and personal injury claims. She is experienced in all aspects of managing and resolving disputes across various Australian jurisdictions. Thy now brings her immense legal experience to the management of AGS’s Dispute Resolution (DR) practice group, where she is the National Manager.

In that national management role, Thy contributes to AGS and to the wider Commonwealth legal community in a different way. Her areas of focus are: 

• With the AGS leadership group, developing and implementing the strategic business plans for the DR practice group.
• Maintaining AGS’s reputation of providing technical and client service excellence across all areas of dispute resolution through high quality recruitment, induction, training and supervision.
• Improving the wellbeing of AGS staff and maximising their professional development opportunities.
• Contributing to AGS’s culture of excellence, empathy and enquiry.
