19 October 2016 – Hotel Realm, Canberra
This year's forum is all about leaning in – keeping the wheels turning when everything seems too hard. We are going to look at familiar people management and industrial problems presenting in new guises, novel issues presenting in unexpected quarters, and a few risk mitigation strategies to keep you thinking about different ways to lean in to a problem and find a way through. Commissioner Cribb of the Fair Work Commission will be joining us to discuss the New Approaches program, which assists parties to develop new ways of bargaining and resolving conflict through the use of interest-based approaches.
This forum has been designed specifically for public sector human resource managers and their legal advisers.
