AGS is hosting our biennial FOI and Privacy Forum on Friday 7 May 2021, covering a mix of significant and contemporary topics in information law.
The forum will feature a keynote address from Australian Information Commissioner Angelene Falk, as well as a discussion on managing re-identification risks in public data sets by Queensland Information Commissioner Rachael Rangihaeata.
Panel discussions will explore the future of privacy as well as the question of ‘FOI gameshow – whose public interest is it anyway?’ and AGS lawyers will deliver seminars throughout the day. The FOI and Privacy Forum also provides a unique opportunity to network with fellow practitioners and esteemed guests.
AGS offices in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide will be hosting in-person sessions or you can join online at any time.
