Wellbeing at AGS

AGS are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member can flourish professionally, personally and socially. To support this commitment, we have a dedicated Wellbeing Manager, designed to champion our people and embed a culture of continual wellbeing, support and growth.

Meet our wellbeing manager

Our Wellbeing Manager is a fully registered psychologist with extensive clinical expertise and a deep understanding of workplace mental health. Her focus is not merely on addressing challenges, but on promoting positive development, encouraging open communication and helping every individual build a healthy, sustainable and rewarding career at AGS.

What the wellbeing manager does

  • Coaching and leadership support Offering one-on-one and group coaching for both professionals and leaders. This includes developing resilience, emotional intelligence, effective communication and leadership capability, empowering our staff to support each other with insight, empathy and confidence.
  • Training and education Designing and delivering firm-wide training programs on mental health, confident conversations, stress management, work–life balance and broader wellbeing skills. These sessions ensure all team members have access to the knowledge and tools needed to thrive.
  • Wellbeing initiatives and programs Implementing a range of initiatives across AGS, from wellbeing workshops to periodic check-ins and peer-support frameworks. Our goal is to make wellbeing an integrated and visible part of everyday life at AGS.
  • Psychosocial safety and culture building Supporting AGS’s leadership and teams to ensure ongoing psychosocial safety: proactively building an open, supportive culture; helping identify and manage stressors; encouraging healthy work habits; and creating a space where people feel safe to be themselves and reach out if they need support.
  • Confidential support and early assistance Offering a confidential, empathetic point of contact for anyone who wants to talk, reflect or explore support. The presence of a registered psychologist in this role helps normalise wellbeing conversations, signalling that looking after mental health is an everyday, valued part of our professional lives.

Why this matters

Workplaces play a crucial part in supporting mental health and overall wellbeing. By embedding wellbeing support into our organisational structure, not as an add-on, but as a core component of our culture, we are investing in people who are more engaged, resilient, creative and effective. Research and best-practice frameworks consistently show that proactive, holistic wellbeing strategies strengthen job satisfaction, teamwork and long-term retention.

Join us in work and wellbeing

We strive to support not only your professional ambitions, but your whole-person wellbeing because we know that when people are supported, respected and genuinely cared for, they do their finest work, and stay.
